Running with the home owners’ design, we framed the rear dormer addition. Installing comfortboard 80 on the exterior allowed this homeowner to get the most R value possible from the exterior.

Demolition to framing to trim work, we took care of everything on this project! While adding to their family, they also needed to add to their house! What a difference with a second story. The rough sawn cedar for the front porch was supplied and shipped by the homeowner from the west coast!

Very large face-lift for this commercial property. Working with designers and engineers, we were able to give this project a modern flat roof look as well as a full interior renovation.
